We wish to point out that, in order to facilitate the booking process and subsequently process the contract, the IP data of the Internet subscriber will be stored by means of cookies along with the following personal data.

Furthermore, in order to process the contract we will also store the following data: customer login data for booking administration. The data which you provide are essential for contractual fulfillment and/or implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without said data, we will be unable to enter into a contract with you. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for the transmission/request for transfer data to the processing banking institution/payment provider for purposes of debiting/remitting the purchase price, as well as to our tax consultant in order to fulfill our fiscal obligations and possible collection procedures.

If the booking process is terminated, the data we have stored is deleted. In the event that a contract is entered into, all data pertaining to the contractual relationship will be stored until expiration of our statutory fiscal retention obligations (7 years).

Webserver / Serverlogs
